Introduction

This wiki is my own personal notes. They are to help me remember how I did things. The notes may help some readers but the objective was for them to be notes for reference. Some of the information has been taken directly from other sources and some is taken from my own knowledge. A normal wiki will require sources to be referenced however, this is my own personal notes so the only time that sources have been included is because it makes sense to me at the time of writing. Quite frequently pages get moved and as this Wiki will probably be around for a long time if there are lots of links to external websites some of the links will be broken by the time they are needed again so a lot of the information will be copied here in some shape if it is felt that it is important, sometimes by cut and paste and sometimes a bit more carefully, it is not meant to be plagiarism even if I do forget to attribute it to wherever I got it from. If readers disagree with my notes or the information that is represented in the notes they should write their own notes on their own wiki or at the very least understand that it is my note for me.
